Terms of Service

01 Accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or legally able to enter into a contract.
• You must provide accurate contact and billing information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for account credentials and all activity performed through your account or services.
• You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

02 Acceptable use and content

• You are responsible for everything transmitted, uploaded or made available through your service.
• You may not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or malicious activity, including spam, attacks or deliberate interference with other users.
• Illegal content, unlawful hate content and material that infringes third-party rights are prohibited.
• We may suspend a service when necessary to protect the platform, other customers or the public.

03 Music, broadcasting and copyright

RadioDJ.net supplies technical hosting and does not provide music, performance or broadcasting licences. You are responsible for obtaining every licence and permission required in the countries where you operate or reach listeners, including any obligations to rights-management organisations.

04 Listener capacity and fair use

• Standard plans are capped at the listener capacity displayed for the purchased plan, up to 1,000 simultaneous listeners.
• Short-term peaks above the standard capacity may be accommodated where infrastructure permits, but this is not guaranteed.
• A sustained audience above 1,000 simultaneous listeners requires a dedicated solution. We will contact you to discuss migration options.
• Unmetered bandwidth is subject to fair use. Usage that affects platform stability or other customers may require technical limits or migration to suitable infrastructure.

05 Billing, renewals and cancellation

• Services are billed in advance using the billing period selected during checkout.
• Services may renew automatically where a recurring payment agreement is active.
• You can request cancellation from the Client Area. Cancellation does not automatically reverse an already processed payment.
• Overdue invoices may lead to suspension or termination. Reactivation can require payment of all outstanding amounts.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension while the matter is investigated.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

06 Service availability and support

• Services are provided on an “as available” basis. We take reasonable steps to maintain reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
• Maintenance, network incidents, upstream providers, attacks and events outside our reasonable control may affect availability.
• Support is provided through the ticket system. Response and resolution times can vary with complexity and priority.
• You are responsible for maintaining copies of important media, playlists and other content you upload.

07 Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abuse, security risk, unlawful activity or material breach of these Terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Serious abuse or immediate risk may require action without advance notice.

08 Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RadioDJ.net is not responsible for indirect loss, lost revenue, audience growth, lost content or interruption caused by matters outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

09 Changes and contact
